I have lots of your pots and pans and like each one of them. That is why I bought the thermo grips. But with them there is a problem to remove them off the handles of a hot pot, especially if there is just one on one of the handles. There is a thick piece inside the grips that prevents it from sliding easily off the handle. You cannot leave the grips on during the cooking process, because they are getting way too hot.
I would like to hear your replay to this.

Love the Berndes cookware. Purchased a skillet and a low sided sauce or saute pan. Could not be happier with these pans. Wish I could afford more of them!! The handle grips are a necessity since handles get very hot during cooking. Should be automatically included in the pans. If I win a small lottery, I will definitely purchase a complete set of these pans.
While these are sturdier than the padded cloth version, they get very hot if they are attached to pot handles while cooking. I mainly needed these to hold a pot handle while stirring food on an electric stove using apprpropriate burner size and to avoid touching the the pot handles while doing so as they will burn your fingers. These grips got so hot that I had to use a dish towel to touch the grips. While the cloth version also could get somewhat hot they never got too hot to handle. It does not make sense to purchase these grips just to move a pot into an oven or to move it off the stove, any regular potholder will do this.
